Bad alignment solution Sony ILX-LR1 camera with a Sony FE 85mm lens

Hi,
I'm using a Sony ILX-LR1 camera with a Sony FE 85mm F1.8 lens.
The image alignment with this setup produces very poor results.
However, when using the same camera with a FE 50mm F1.8 lens, the alignment works well.
Are there any known limitations in Agisoft when using longer focal length lenses?
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

maybe you can share a small data set of both cameras (50mm  and 85mm) so that we campare alignment results on this side...

This is a ground test around a building, many times used for studies of 3d modeling and photogrammetry. The distance from the camera and the building was around 20 meters.
Using this images, agisoft can't return a good alignment.

The location of the building is:
latitude =  41° 6'24.41"N
longitude =   8°35'22.01"W
