Touch up tool for DEM editing

In Correlator3d, there is a touch up tool that allows to fix small areas of DEM without needing to draw polygon. thus 1 click vs 4.

Would be very useful to have such a tool in MS.

7.4.4 Touch Up
The Touch Up tool works in a similar manner than the Delete and Fill tool. Instead of requiring a manual polygonal selection, a small fixed-size square selection is automatically performed around the location clicked by the user. The tool requires less user interaction and the internal processing is optimized for higher performances. Thus, it is a very fast tool to correct small areas.
