Cant Create Points Agisoft 2.2

Recently updated to 2.2 and now I cant generate individual coordinate points on my point cloud or Model.  This is seriously impacting our ability to complete a job that customer is waiting on.  I should never have updated the client because it was working fine before.  NOT IMPRESSED! HELP!

Hello ric06mor,

Please provide additional details about the issue. Do you mean creating shapes in the Model view? If so, make sure that Attach Markers option is disabled in the Tools Menu.

Yes Creating shapes Coordinate points is not working and neither is the Ruler tool.  It doesnt click onto any of the point cloud or model.  Attach Markers is not selected its something else and only since updating to 2.2

Creating Shape Points in Ortho works as well as the ruler works in ortho.  But it does not provide elevation data in Ortho so its useless to us

Can you please specify, how the problematic point clouds and models have been obtained (fully processed from images in Metashape, imported from external source, etc.)?
Please also specify, if the project has been created and processed in 2.2 version or in some older release versions?

If possible, it would be also helpful, if you can share the archived project.files directory for any problematic project to support@agisoft.com via any convenient file transfer service, so that we could reproduce the problem on our side.

They were created in previous version of Agisoft, updated recently and now none of the old ones work like I said.

Are there any marks in the Workspace pane next to the point cloud or model labels, like NA or R?

Also would it be possible to share to our support team any example of such project with aligned cameras, tie points, point cloud and/or model?

You can download previous version ( 2.1.4 ) from https://www.agisoft.com/downloads/installer/
Then you can uninstall current version and install previous one.
