Hi, I'm flying several large AOIs with a DJI M3M. I capture a Senterra 6x reflectance panel before and after each flight. I typically process each each AOI as one chunk where each flight is its own camera group, and I'm trying to figure out the most efficient workflow for calibrating my multispectral data given the larger number of flights (oh and I have to process the Senterra panels by hand). For instance I have one chunk that has 18 flights (so 18 camera groups of multispectral data) in it which equals one AOI.

I see in the forum that the advice has been to process each flight as a separate chunk so that one can calibrate reflectance and then merge afterwards as needed. This seems inefficient to me as I'd rather not have 18 chunks in one project that I then have to merge.

Instead I'm curious if, after I go through alignment and error reduction/bundle adjustments for all the flights, can I simply disable all but one of my flights, run the reflectance tool with the right panels, and then cycle through enabling and disabling the cameras for each flight running the reflectance tool each time so that within the same chunk each camera group calibrates individually?
thanks
