CPU with AI - yes or not with METASHAPE?

What do you think about a PC with AI and METASHAPE?
Is best more normal cores or less cores but with AI?
What do you suggest?

I mean for example:
AMD Ryzen™ 9 8940HX
vs.
AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 365
