Display problem with RTX 4000 Ada Generation

I have a new PC with a RTX Ada 4000 ( I know that it's not the best option but it's not my choice) and all my projet just got unusable since.
The mesh appear good during few second and then turn crazy : See attachement.

My driver is up to date. I try severals re-installation or downgrade, nothing better.
Tie point appear in black, the point cloud either.

Is anyone encoutered this problem ?

Both are not correctly displayed. Yes I am using a Geoid

I have downdgraded Nvidia driver (january release) and it works well now.

I have the same problem with RTX4000 Ada Generation, driver version 595.79, CUDA toolkit version 13.2.51
What driver version is working for you?

Clean install of driver 582.41 fixed the problem.

I'm using the 582.16. Works fine

Have you tested the latest release ? 595.97

For everyone who observe similar visualization problems, please provide the following information:
- GPU model,
- GPU driver version,
- OS version,
- Metashape version (problem observed both in 2.2 and 2.3?).

- GPU model : NVIDIA RTX 4000 ADA Generation
- GPU driver version : RTX Driver Release 595.79
- OS version : Windows 11 Professionnel  25H2
- Metashape version : 2.3

Seems to work fine with the 582.41 or previous release

- GPU driver version : all R595 branch
- OS version : Windows 11 Professionnal  25H2

Confirm to work fine with the R580 branch

We are not yet able to reproduce the problem on NVIDIA RTX PRO desktop graphic cards.

But I saw that there is a new driver released: R595 U4 (596.36).

If anyone with the problem could check, it please let us know, if the problem is still there with the new NVIDIA driver installed. If the issue persists, please also try two things for additional diagnostics:
1. try running Metashape in DirectX compatibility mode from cmd.exe: metashape.exe --opengl angle
2. try running Metashape with administrator privileges.
If either option allows to get rid of the visualization issue, please also report here.

Build 22416 and R595 U4 (596.36) are now working as intended.

I freshly installed the Release 595 (596.36) and it work like a charm.
With no admin privilege or Direct X compatibility mode.

jnb, did you tried to restart your PC ?
