Can't read video (0x80004005)

Hello everyone.

I'm trying to import a video, but I'm getting the following error message:

can't read video, error 0x800004005

I've already installed all the necessary codecs (K-Lite).

The really strange thing is: at first, I thought it was due to H.265, but even with H.264, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.
The following link contains two videos: Input.mp4 and Input1.mp4. Both are from the same camera with identical settings. I can import Input.mp4, but Input1.mp4 gives me the error mentioned above.
(The videos have two tracks, so don't be surprised - together they are 16,5GB)

Sorry - First update - The second file is now suddenly not working either.
I changed the two videos to smaller ones - (same problem)

Just transcode it or turn it into image sequence.

Why are you shooting fisheye directly up or is it just 2 files of only 1 half of your 360 shot.

The 2 files are only examples. They are  2 files of only 1 half of my 360 shot.

Which codec is used for those videos?

Are you able to open such videos by default Windows video players, like Media Player, Movies & TV or Windows Media Player Legacy?

Which Codecs - Good Question (i am no expert).
It should be H.265 from the camera.
VLC Media Player is working, Windows Media Player isn't working.
