Mavic 3 Multispectral - Major Issue in 2.3.1
« on: July 17, 2026, 12:29:38 PM »
Hi,

I am processing around 800 hectares (split over 19 sites) of multispectral imagery from a Mavic 3 Multispectral, a project that is run each year for peatland restoration monitoring. The first site is 160 hectares, the RGB data processed without issue, however when processing the multi camera dataset the bands are not aligned correctly rendering the orthomosaic useless. I tried one of the smaller sites (35 hectares) with exactly the same results. To rule out issues with the data capture I reprocessed the same site from 2025 and had exactly the same issue.

I have rolled back to 2.2.2 and it is now working.

Hi RoryG,

please check that you have the latest 2.3.1 release. Band misalignment has been resolved in latest. Please look at https://www.agisoft.com/forum/index.php?topic=17574.0

It must have been a bad build that I had, however I have uninstalled it to install 2.2.2 so can't tell the build number. I'll download the latest 2.3.1 build.

Many thanks,

Rory
