Slope volume
« on: July 07, 2011, 10:21:03 PM »
Hi guys

I have some slope volume to calculate, but PS doesn?t do because this is not a close feature.
I would like to know how to setup a box and close in the area of interest or which solution are you doing about this.
In the attached image you will know what I am talking about.

Thanks in advance.

Hey,
Actually I'm trying to do the same thing using a model of a slope ( without georeferencing and even scale).
I'm just wondering if it's possible to scale my model by using a scale bar between just 2 markers, and a local coordiantes systems ( by defining the coordiantes of my model as the reference (0,0,0) of my model)

Best regards.

Hello younell,

Please check the corresponding tutorial dedicated to volume calculation based on scale-bars:
http://www.agisoft.ru/tutorials/photoscan/03/

Note that you do not need to input any coordinates for markers (and to check on them in Ground Control pane) if you are using only scale-bars.
