non vertical images - make 3d point cloud?

i want to take picture of a hill with small helicopter. It has camera mounted on it but it cannot be adjusted full vertical. Is it possible to take that non-vertical photos, make mosaic of it and extract point cloud from it?

Any answer will be helpfull.

I am a PhD student in natural sciences.

Absolutely! in fact if your hill has very steep slope or scarps, oblique photos may deliver better models in general. Just avoid to take hotos with the orientation that sums the terrain inclination to that of the camera.
