ortophoto deformed
« on: January 08, 2014, 12:17:33 AM »
I have 600 pictures from a UAV city 200 meters, I can orient the photos without any problems, make the geometry, but do orthophotos appear deformed with buildings spiral.

I tried exporting the geometry and correct in MICROSTATION INROADS, but importing the OBJ file again I see the geometry and makes the ortophoto

Before had generated DEM and orthophotos in mountain terrain without problems

thanks

Hello cristian,

Can you please provide the screenshots demostrating the problem: problematic orthophoto, corresponding area of the model in the Solid View mode and the reconstruction settings used (Chunk Info tab)?

Under the problem with the orthophotos. I tried to heat parts, but still the worst DEM creates problems and is the result of orthophotos

the orientation of the photos was "high". control points are all less than 0.5 meters and the creation of the DEM was made in "HIGH" and Smoothing. 2500000 sites were created in the model

thanks

Hello cristan,

I recommend you to rebuild the geometry using Enabled Interpolation option in the Build Mesh dialog.
Also increasing the polygon count parameter value to 10-15 millions may improve the result.
