Carlson DEM Importing

Hello,

I am trying to import DEM files from Agisoft into Carlson.  Carlson runs off of a very similar program to AutoCADD.  I found a tutorial to import DEM files into Carlson but only using .dem files.  Agisoft can only create .tif, .asc, .bil, or .xyz.  I have not been able to properly import any of these.  I think the problem is because every time I generate a grid file using the DEM it says "cell size 0."  Other than that everything else looks good and seems to run fine. 

When I go to create "Contour from Grid File" it runs through the process but at the very end says 0 vertices imported.

Does anyone know how to import a DEM file properly into Carlson or AutoCADD?  I just want to import the Agisoft model into Carlson/AutoCADD.  Can this maybe be done with "Export Model."
