Help with new tool classify points
« on: January 23, 2014, 06:56:38 PM »
Hello I'm testing the new tool in 1.0.0 release to classify ground points. Seems great but the trees base (at 1.5m approx) are classified like ground, seem like stumps. I tried tuning the tool parameters without succes.
Somebody know how solve this problem, thanks.

Hello d.portillo,

Please check tutorial dedicated to the dense cloud classification: http://www.agisoft.ru/tutorials/photoscan/08/

It explains how you can re-run classification with another settings if the result is not acceptable. Note that you need to reset the classification, since points already marked by Ground class would not change their class.

Hello Helimax,

Currently to reset the classification results you need to select all points in the dense cloud and assign Created (never classified) class to them using Tools Menu -> Assign option.

Hello,
I did a classification. I have two categories now (Ground and "Others"). Can I choose whole category "others" and delete it? And can I view one category only?

Thank you
