Exporting Merged Chunks

I have a python script that succesfully aligns and merges chunks, but then when I use exportDem or exportOrthoimage I get the following message

"Error: Can't estimate export region"

Any idea of what is going on?

And do export DEM and orthophoto functions work well for original chunks of the same project? If you apply them to one of the original chunks and not to merged one.

Please also check if DEM/orthophoto export works fine from GUI when applied to the merged chunk. And if not, please provide information from the Console pane.

Apparently all it needed was a good night's sleep- it worked first time when I tried it this morning.

In other words- its fixed, I don't know why.
