help: invented forms

in some cases using photoscan, I got these devices, non-existent in reality.
 What did I do wrong? How can I avoid creating?

Hello Stefano,

You can remove these "levitating" meshes using "Select components" command in "Edit" menu (if they are not connected with the main mesh).

To avoid their creation it is recommended to use masks on photos.
