Are you not going to field and getting your own GCP'S? Just getting them from some other source? Surveyor maybe?

Sorry, I did not understand your question. I use a real-time kinematic GPS to collect XYZ data for my GCPs. Generally I will occupy a single point with a tripod-stabilized survey pole and record data for 180 seconds. I have used both a base-rover setup and a network rover operating on a real-time network (cellular link).

Without survey equipment, the only way I can think of to get data for a test project would be to use existing data. I don't know anything about your area, so I don't know what that might be. Other options would be to hire a surveyor to place GCPs for you. Probably talking with a local land surveyor would help you explore other options.

Ive found a few solutions. I can get 1CM real time all the time for around $8,000 in investment. If I want to put in some time and elbow grease and post process I can do it for around $4,000.00.
