I have seen a couple posts about people wanting markers not to move when we click them to change from the gray wisp to the green flag etc.
As I was clicking away on my thousands of images to place markers I had a thought on how to do this. In ArcGIS there is a "sticky move tolerance" you can set to avoid inadvertently moving features while editing.
If there was a sticky move tolerance that could be turned off/on and set to a threshold (image pixel or fraction thereof or absolute units not sure) then probably everyone's preferences for marker placement could be accommodated.
