Photo Alignment Issues
« on: April 16, 2014, 05:42:33 AM »
Hello Everyone

I have a question regarding photo alignment and distorted results after the process is completed. When I put the multi data layer in, the photos seem to line up correctly with the correct projection and coordinates put in place. I was wondering if I have been skipping a settings that has made the pixels expand in an unnecessary way? There are a couple attachments showing whats happening.

Accuracy:High
Pair preselection: Ground Control

Hello skybrick,

I recommend to check Camera Calibration window (accessible from Tools menu) and input at least approximate values for focal length and sensor pixel size (both in mm), then choose Auto in for the Type field in Initial tab.

Also please note that for linear flights at least triple overlap is required.
