Manual from demotesting - Volumecalulation
« on: September 14, 2011, 10:18:34 PM »
First of all.
This is a very nice software.
I do ortomosaiks with an UAV covering pretty big spaces.
One of my services is to calculate volumes. Earlier i have been forced to hire an external contractor for that service. But with Photoscan i can do it faster, with equal resault and bigger gain in my wallet.

Is the demo limited to NOT calculate volumes?

I would like a short presentation via TeamViewer etc to see the workflow. Anybody?

This is a buy for me :-)

Thanx for quick reply.

I have downloaded the ProDemo.
Do i have to specify any groundGPSreference?
I can get GPS and altitude from my UAV for every picture taken. Would that help?

Ok. I guess that the more accurate the references are the better volumeaccuracy.
Guess i can messure the distance between two lightpoles too and put them markers with PS to get the same resault.
Thanx for helping.
