Workstation Recommendation

Hi guys!
In a few days i would like to buy a new workstation. I will use it to make 3D models of archaeological sites in middle-high quality.
My budget is 800€ and I want install a good GPU, CPU & around 16-32 gb RAM.

What do you recommend me to buy?

i would recomend to add a 0 to your budget .... 
but for real i think you will have to invest at least 1200euros to get something usefull.
i run a dell xps8500 at home which runs photoscan fine
