BRDF material generation for PBR (pro version

Next stage in Photoscans evolution?

Use HDR surface capture to provide the BRDF (material reflectance properties reconstruction) data for physically based rendering.
 i.e. Quixel’s Megascans http://www.quixel.se/dev/megascans is an example of such a library of scanned data.

.. this method/paper below would only need a single extra photograph to have all the data to work? (A photo of mirror sphere (or 360 pano) a paired to a solved photo's position giving light direction) ...all the other methods i can find would need multiple lights with polarisers on the lights.

Have Agisoft tested these possibilities yet, and why it might not work?
