UTM Zone 17 North / EGM2008 1' PRJ File...

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if any of you already have the PRJ file for the UTM Zone 17 North / EGM 2008 1' already defined and ready to be used? I tried many times to construct this PRJ file but always fails miserably.

Anyone willing to share this file with everyone else?

I think thre following prj should do the tricK:
