1st project suggestions

Hiya,

I'm a complete newbie to PS.

To get my head around the software, would anybody mind suggesting a good first project with the use of a Canon 7D?

I've read that go pros are not that successful due to the rolling shutter they have. Otherwise I'd have UAV capability. Or am I mistaken?

Any suggestions/guidance would be much appreciated.
