Using flash light instead of continuous light

Hi all,
I have 52 550Ds.
Now I would use continuous light as Iso 200, 1/25,  F11.
However  I would like to use flash light to use Iso 100 , 1/200 ,  F18.
How can I Sync My 52 550Ds?
