Orthophoto in a room

Hello, i'm new with this sofware.

I'm making orthophoto of room, the project is to be able to see the intimate of an bedroom from vertical view in high resolution.

I was using autopano giga, the final pictures are great but i took time to correct paralax problem.
I have try photoscan, it make some good result, but i'm not very good to optimise the process :
I want to have a perfect orthophoto like that i can make a big print, and look a the details, discover intimity.

I have read several tutorial, here is my process :

Align Photos :
Accuracy: High / Pair preselection : Generic / Point limit: 40000
1) What the fonction of point limit ? The number of alignment point ?
2) What can i do if i have some moving pepole in the room on the picture, and if i want to keep them in the final picture ?

Build Dense Point Cloud :
Quality : Medium or High
Depth filtering: Aggressive or Mild
3) What is the best ? I don't want a 3D model, i want a perfect orthophot well textured, my pictures are verticals? Did i loose time ? Did i make a to sophistical model with finaly make a bad textured surface ?
