Using "fine" quality vs. normal quality on camera

Will using "fine" quality on my camera be a problem when Processing the Pictures in PS? It should not i think..? Also: Will the result be noticeble better? Anyone?

you mean fine JPG compression?  You should use the best quality images you can get out of the camera so do use fine.  Best is to shoot RAW and either convert to JPG at maximum quality or TIFF for even less compression artifacts. I am not sure if it is worth it converting to TIFF.  Have anyone seen a noticeable difference? 

I use a full frame Nikon D800 camera with 36,6 mpix resolution and agisoft handles the images with no problem.

JPG with 95-97  are OK, TIFF are not need unless need do some color corrections later.   For best results use RAWs
