Separate installation of a pre-release version that one can try this pre-release and use the normal stable version for the daily work.
(With a little work it is possible also with the actual version, see here:
http://www.agisoft.ru/forum/index.php?topic=2883.45, but could be simpler when it would be installed for example in a pre_release folder
