Rendering : Mac or PC?

I have my 80 camera Nikon D5200 rig.
(Canon offered no support at all in Australia - Nikon were willing to talk and are my new best friends)

Smart Shooter 3 works great!

Now comes the rendering.

Currently Mac based.
I need to have a new system for rendering Photo Scan.

Can anyone indicate if Mac or PC will be a better choice?
Mac Pro 6 core 64Gbram, dual gpu (AU$11,500)
