Importing Photos w/ masks and GCP's from another project file
« on: November 18, 2011, 04:48:34 AM »
Howdy,

I have two separate files that are of the same scene, but were created with two different cameras. Is there a way to import all of those picture files into the same chunk while keeping all of the GCP's and masks of the images? I couldn't figure out how to if there is and this would save a lot of time having to redo the GCPs manually.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hello Tyler,

You can keep both masks and GCPs if you merge the chunks. Previously you should use Append command in File menu to open your projects in one workspace.
If the chunks are referenced merging option will be available from Workflow menu. But I think you should rename markers if you do not want to confuse them (or check Merge markers option if you have markers in the same locations).
