Marker point order broken.

Hi Agisoft,

Please can we have the old method of marker point order. Now if we delete markers to add again, the number sequence continues from the last deleted point. Where as before it would reset to 1. Please can we have an option to reset to 1 or revert back to this?

Hello Alexey, is this a feature request? It seems like a bug to me, as it's changed from the old system to something else. Not sure why that happened?

Hello Lee,

It has been changed by the reason. New chunk and markers labels are generated accordint to their index in the project (so if some have been removed, the index will not drop back).

But probably we'll roll back to the older system, if the new one cause inconvenience.

What I would find useful is to be able to rank the marker list, either by alphabetic order or as it is now  by order of creating. At the moment it is sometime difficult to find a marker in the list ( as I use plenty of them).

Also , to name them, It would be nice that user can give a prefix (other than "point" and the new marker would be created with that prefix, until a new prefix is given.

I would find this useful so as to give consistent marker names on several chunks that we want later to align based on marker.

We have rolled back the naming convention for markers to the one used in version 1.0. Please check build 1985.
