Embedding reprojection error into LAS attribute
« on: October 28, 2014, 09:24:59 PM »
Is there a way to embed reprojection error values into a LAS attribute so that those values can be exploited after export?  Is this done already?

I have 2 posts so far, I'm wondering why there hasn't been a single reply to either yet...

Hello illcucuy,

Using custom Python script you can export reprojection error for each point of sparse cloud. For dense cloud you will not be able to do so, since dense points are extracted from the megred depth maps and there's no possibility to get infromtaion for each dense cloud point about source points of original images.
