Not sure if it is the source of your problem, but it looks to me as if there isn't enough overlap between the images. There is a lot of distortion in the edges, it might be a factor. I would reccomend flying at a higher altitude, or maybe choosing better optics with less distortion. I am no expert, but this is my two cents on the matter.

(tried the set, same results as you, only 2 images aligned w/129 points)

Hello bagus,

Do you have camera position data for the small sample set you have provided?

Hello bagus,

The problem with this data set is that the areas seen by three cameras at once are too small.

The possible solution for these six images is to split the project by chunks of two photos (first with second, second with third and etc), add markers using the same labels for different chunks so that there are at least three of them in the overlapping area of three photos (from two consecutive chunks). After that is done for all the six chunks proceed to Align Chunks command using marker based option and merge chunks at least.

We've managed to build a geometry for your data set using the described way (see screenshot attached), but still there could be accuracy problems because the same cameras from different chunk do not match.

If you wish we can send you the project (saved in PhotoScan 0.8.4).
