How do i make the bottom of the model? I tried shooting bottom but PS ignores them. Any one knows how to do it?

If you are taking images of the object and then flip it over and take the images of the objects' bottom, it is necessary to mask the background on all the images from both sub-sets.

Lets say i did green background when im shooting. Later i dont need to mask right?

Im masking by hand but its too long. Is there a way around? I see video on agisofts youtube she did it auto. I dont know how she did it. Could you give me something?
