Indoor scenes
« on: December 19, 2011, 10:02:50 AM »
I use photoscan on indoor scenes and I noticed that photoscan is rather optimized for outdoor scenes and bigger distances.
Does anyone have experiences with indoor scenes?
Could a selection of scale or type of scene not help photoscan to optimize the reconstruction?

see the manual for detailed info on HOW to SHOOT photos, one of biggest problems is that you need to use shord focal lenght, under 20mm and there is the picture very distorted that mean you should use lens bigger that cca 22mm. next thing is obvious, walls need a texture - features to detect  that can be problematic on white walls..... have you some sample files ?
