Save not properly indicated - Photoscan Pro 1.1.0 (build 2004)

I just loaded a new project, brought in 2451 images from 2 cameras, and noticed after saving that the asterisk (*) next to  the filename didn't go away. I thought that indicated whether the project had been saved.

Also related possibly - I noticed during batch ortho and DEM export that PS indicated it had been changed and not saved, but all that had happened was ortho and DEM export.

Probably image thumbnails are still being loaded in the Photos pane even after you have saved the project?
