Poor Alignment Results

Just upgraded to 1.1.0 build 2004 and it only aligns half of the 48 cameras(always the front and part of the side ones. I am trying with different scans and even with old scans that aligned perfectly before. A strange thing is with some scans it aligns perfectly jpgs but not tiff files. Settings are the same as before except these Tie points but I triyed with different values and no difference. Any ideas?

Did you try setting higher values for "key point limit" and "tie point limit" under menu point: "align photos" advanced? For example I use "kpl": 10000000 and for "tpl": 500000
Works fine.
