Return the chunk alignement

Hello there,

i am looking for the following function.

I did the chunk alignement by markers with a few chunks. Now i would like to return to the status before the chunk alignement.
Is there any (fast) option?

I did it by re-aligning the chunks by points, this took hours and after every chunk was far away from each other (this is what i wanted).
So i could re-align them but now just two of four, so i had a better overwiew what is going on an how fine the alignement was.

I hope you could understand my question
