16 Bit Linear Tiffs are displayed as sRGB
« on: January 10, 2015, 04:55:56 AM »
Photoscan is displaying linear 16Bit TIFFs in an sRGB colorspace, causing the viewport and photos pane to display the photos inaccurately - with much more contrast than expected.  It would be necessary for a linear workflow to have support for a 'working colorspace'  where the user can set Agisoft's working colorspace.

Out of curiosity, is Agisoft performing reconstruction on these linear images in sRGB space?

Hello francois,

PhotoScan uses original image information for calculation stages.

Would it be helpful for the display of the images to have colorspace viewing options?  I, too, have run into this problem.  Good to know when it's processing that it's at least reading the data properly.
