Scripting API changes and documentation for version 1.1.3?

   I saw the new update came out (1.1.3.2018) and I was wondering what was in Python API. I was unable to find API documentation for this version on the site.

Usually changes of the third number doesn't result in major Python API changes, so all scripts from version 1.1.x should work.
