Issues with upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade Photoscan Standard (64-bit Windows 7) from version 1.1.0 (build 2004) to the latest release. When I run the install program, I get an error window (see attached capture). Same error pops up when I try to uninstall from the Control Panel. How do I get the program off my computer, so that I can install the new version?

Looks like if I have a copy of the old installer (photoscan_1_1_0_x64.msi), I might be able to remove it. Does anyone have a  copy of this I can download? I no longer have it.

on agisoft website it's still downloadable just by changing the path.
