Only align photos

Hi.
I've got a collection of photos and I want to make only the ortophoto. They don't have any GCP nor coordinates and even the exif are missing. They are snapshots of a video from a thermal camera.
When I try to align it usually make mistakes in the model and distort too much.
I only wanted Agisfot to align the snaps and make an orto from them with no 3D model.
Is that possible or should I search for another software??

So you've made screenshots (how?) of a video of a thermal image video?

How many snapshots? Perhaps you should look at some different software to mosaic the images into one ortho.
What Photoscan does is rebuild a new image from a dense point cloud which it generates from the input images through photogrammetry.

From my experience with thermal imagery is that it's very low resolution. This in combination that there's no exif data, no gps data, no gcp's..no nothing.. I don't think it's going to work at all.

I've got a Optris thermal camera, and I do with the camera software (Optris Pi Connect). It creates a snapshot of the thermal video with decent resolution.
I supose you're right, that Agisoft is not the best solution, cause it don't have any exif, gps, lens data...nothing. The thing is i dont have any idea of what soft use.

Try this , http://www.vreveal.com/ . its make panoramic photo from video file . it will not ortophoto but maybe the benefits...

Hi juansre,
An ortho is by definition created using a 3D model. If you do not need geometrically correct result you should look for software to perform image stitching (e.g.  image composite editor - free software).
