Why is only half of my subject scanning?

So I have a scan that I did by taking 280 photos of my subject while quickly moving around her.

Attached is an image of the result.

Why are only her legs forming? They form pretty well. I've never had good success with photoscan.

Is this because of movement of the subject? She was very disciplined and still. Is it because of a mix of landscape and portrait photos? HELP!

do all the photos get aligned?

My guess is she was only still enough from the waist down.

Try masking out the background, but leave some grass around her feet unmasked as it may help alignment.
