body with 1 cam

Hello. I tried to do body model but failed miserably. Is there a way to do it with only 1 camera? I dont have $40K to buy 40 DSLR.

I do not think you fill easy get full body with 40 cams either. You need more to capture from all angles.

There are alternatives to SLR, for instance the raspberry PI. For 100 cams / networked up with light and frame and projection you will need about 10K.

If you got a good DLSR (with long enough frame buffer) and set of good lights, each capable of 10fps, and some amazing contraption to spin the camera in a helical pattern around the subject at about 40rpm, you could fire off about 100 shots in about 10 seconds, but i don't know what effect that might have on the subject...

if your model is sitting or laying you can have quite good results with only 1 camera
even if not complete to protect model's modesty, one of my first try worked fine with 41 photo (https://skfb.ly/CUCN)
of course you need to rework on zbrush but even with a 100 camera rig you do not have perfect raw scan
