Measurement tools in Agisoft Viewer
« on: May 19, 2015, 02:16:21 AM »
I really like the tiled export feature for large models.  It seems to be the best way to view a large meshed model out of Agisoft.  However, right now I can't do much more than look at my model.  Are there any plans to add measurement tools to the viewer?  Tools such as distance measurement, point coordinates, and volume measurement would make the viewer a truly useful program, and take advantage of this excellent LOD format.

That would be in deed a great feature. you often just want to measure a couple of distances or even areas.
I would like to have those features as well.

Hi aknight0,

We develop Sputnik viewer for PhotoScan:
http://geoscan.aero/en/gis-sputnik
which is capable to show tiled 3d models (*.tls) and measure distances, areas and so on.

+1 for the idea of measurement tools inplementation.

Add the other 3D stereoscopic viewing options like "side by side" picture that can be used on 3D TV's, please.
