Cluster processing assistance

Hi there :)

When setting up our network for cluster processing, and while Photoscan is up and running (test setting/Linux environment - Server + 1 node-worker), it is not possible for a Windows client to establish connection with the server: ( thread started
waiting for incoming connections...)
On the network tab of Photoscan we entered the project's public IP.
How can we resolve that? Must the client be on a Linux environment as well?

Hello chriskouts,

Could you please send the commands you are running both on server and node to support@agisoft.com? Please also include the screenshots of the consoles from both server and nodes.
