Not being able to Align and Merge Chunks

Hello,
I just started using this program and I am having trouble figuring a couple parts out. To start out the project I took 28 pictures of an office. I then uploaded the the photos into agisoft photoscan. Then I aligned the photos with medium accuracy, pair preselection as generic, point limit as 40000. I built built a dense point cloud with medium quality and depth filtering as agressive. I Built a mesh under polgon count, source data: Dense cloud, surface type arbitrary, interpolation enabled. I built a texture with mapping mode as generic, blending mode as max intensity, texture size/count as 4096. For some reason now I am not able to run Align Chunks and Merge chunks. I am kind of confused exactly what batch proccess does because when I run; align photos, build dense cloud, build mesh, build texture, align chunks, and merge chunks as unprocessed chunks nothing changes with the image. Also Align Chunks and MERGE CHUNKS fail. If there is any processes or steps that I am missing it would be appreciated if I could be notified about this.

Hello Seth,

Align Chunks operation is only possible, if you have multiple chunks (sub-projects) in your Workspace. Chunks merging operation is available only for aligned chunks.
