hello

I am newbie to Photoscan.

I am wondering if i can export the model in textured mode to other 3d program? (as it looks much smoother and cleaner compare to the shaded mode)

thank you!

Hello snas,

To export model in textured mode you need to build texture in PhotoScan and in the Export Model dialog check on Export Texture option.
Please note that in the external viewers you may need to load the texture separately, as it is kept in the image file and is not embed to the model file.

hello

thanks for fast reply! i attached my results here.

as you can see, when i import straight to 3ds max using OBJ format. the texture seems to be there already.

however, the output quality is nowhere near what i see in Photoscan's textured mode.

is there a way i can achieve similar results in other program?

thank you very much
