Camera Calibration Process
« on: June 18, 2015, 12:06:59 AM »
Hi All,

Can someone explain how I should go about the camera calibration process in agisoft? I already aligned my photos, and when I enter the Camera Calibration settings it has the 'Initial' and 'Adjusted'.... which one did it use?

I want to enter my own parameters for my camera so should I enter it into initial or adjusted? And then should I re-align?

Thanks so much!

Alex~

It will have worked out the initial parameters from the photos exif data, and then during alignment refined them to get to the adjusted values.

You can enter your own initial values at any time, and select 'fixed' if you don't want them refined during alignment, and yes you must align your images after entering your own values.
