Possible to process three separate areas in one chunk at the same time?

Hello.

I have taken aerial images of three separate areas wih GCPs. The areas are within a couple of hundred meters in distance.

Can I process these areas at the same time in one chunk? Or will this give me trouble? The idea was to save some processing time.

If there are no images joining the three areas then you'd probably only get one of them aligned.
Best to have them as separate chunks and run a  batch workflow.
