How can I force agisoft to use the camera positions of the calibration?

Hi,

I want to scan a figure, that is very difficult to scan. So I want to calibrate the cameras with a "easy" figure, do the complete workfolw and see the results. If the results are good, I export the cameras.
Afterwards I take the pictures of the difficult figures and want to import the camera positions, sutch that the camera position is taken from the xml file. But it seams, that Poto Scan calculates the camera positions again.
Can I force Photo Scan to use exactly the camera position of the xml?

I see several places in searching the forum which seek ways to effectively use a precise camera import to process data (and thereby save a lot of time).  But I don't see answers to these posts. 

Is there a solution?  Does it require API processing?

the workflow is as follows:

load photos

Import cameras

build tie points (from tools menu)
